Acumen Software, the developers of the Forcelink Mobile Work and Asset Management Solution, is pleased to announce that it has rolled out its Forcelink solution at Eskom Eastern Cape and Eskom Bloemfontein for FM Solutions.
FM Solutions is a professional and wholly owned South African company offering specialist Facilities Management services to the built environment. Its customers include local authorities, government enterprise and SMB. FM Solutions have implemented Forcelink for the following: Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, City of Cape Town (MyCiTi), NERSA, South African Airways (SAA), National Prosecution Authority(NPA), Transnet, Maersk/Safmarine and Direct Axis.
The Eskom Eastern Cape and Eskom Bloemfontein call centres, which are run by FM Solutions, integrated with Forcelink to complete the process of managing repairs and maintenance services as well as the procurement of goods and services which includes requesting vendor quotations, issuing quotations to Eskom Eastern Cape and Eskom Bloemfontein for approval, generating purchase orders to the vendors and capturing delivery notes and invoices. The ability to track Service Level Agreements on Forcelink, with notifications and escalations, ensure that FM Solutions always delivers good service to Eskom Eastern Cape and Eskom Bloemfontein.
